General Site Rules:
No real pictures/Photographs anywhere on the site - this includes photos of yourself.
- It also included computer generated or drawn images that look too real - eg images created by poser and other rendering/3D software.
- These are called psuedophotos and are classed as child pornography if they involve a minor
- Therefore they are not permitted anywhere on the site. Regardless of the apparent age of the subject.
- Offenders will be banned immediately and permanently!
Children:
In no area of this website are users allowed to talk about real children, especially with a reference to any kind of sexual fetish. There are no Children on this site and as far as this site is concerned, real children do not exist.
- Comments like "my kids" are strictly forbidden even if the "kids" being referred to are over 18. Offenders may be banned.
Linkage:
Please do not post unrelated links in any areas of the sites - all links in signatures should be on topic.
Threads containing links to spanking or thread-related sites is fine.
Commissions:
Posting Advertising for Commissions to any area of the site is a privilege only extended to long-standing members and those who have contributed to the site. Brand New accounts and those with almost no posted pictures cannot start asking for money immediately. Become an artist first and then we'll talk. Absolutely no text-only adverts may be posted to the gallery. Adverts must contain new artist content.
AnimeOTK is not responsible for your commissions; it's purely a relationship between you and the artist. We are not providing any service or endorsements.
Take any disputes up with whichever service you used to transfer payments - which we have no knowledge or control over. If you do have problems regarding services of artists advertising here let us know and we may remove the adverts.
Sign Up Emails:
Users found using a disposable, single use email address like mailinator will have their accounts closed.
Please ensure your email remains valid, if you don't update from older, unused emails and need to reset your password we might be unable to assist you.
Multiple Accounts
If you wish to have multiple accounts, for instance, one for artwork, another for roleplaying, contact RobM, Ciel or Stoner before opening the additional account.
- This stipulation has been added due to people who use extra accounts to evade the daily download limits. The daily download limits are in place for a reason. The site only has so much bandwidth, and there are an awful lot of people who want to access the downloads. You may NOT use your other accounts to exceed the daily limit.
- Use of multiple accounts is only allowed were specifically permitted, offenders may face removal of one or more accounts.
- Use of another account to exceed the limit WILL result in a permanent ban, no exceptions.
No Personals Ads
This is not a meet-up site, or a place for arranging such things.
Do not post personals ads, advertise or request spankers or spankees, do not talk about where you live and that you would like to meet locals.
Go to a BDSM or Spanking/Fetish related personals site and use ALL their recommendations for Safe Practice. Do not do it here.

Roleplay Rules in Brief:- Sex is fine as long as everyone in the roleplay is comfortable with it and the main topic of the roleplay is spanking, however all characters must also be of a legal age (18+) and this must be clearly stated in the first post of the roleplay.
- No Sex or sexuality with the Under 18s. Characters not played in an adult fashion will be considered under-aged and offenders may be banned - permanently.
- Rape (any non-consensual sex, sex acts, sodomy etc) is strictly prohibited in all roleplays with no exceptions. All sex scenes must be 100% consensual between the all characters involved.
- Persistent offenders will be banned - permanently.
Downloads area Rules:
"Video Clips":
- These can only be clips from animations and cartoons - no real videos!
- Do not post with .zip or .rar, files must fit the download limits (around 30mb).
- Please enter an accurate description of the series and clip if known! (Unknown clips are allowed though)
"Stories":
- Please state what kind of spanking is in each story. Eg, M/f, F/m, m/f, etc.
- Sex is fine as long as spanking is the main topic, Characters must be 18+ and No Rape.
- Must be written by the person posting them (do not post stories written by other people unless you have their express written consent - this will need to be forwarded to an admin prior to uploading)
- Please be mindful of spelling and grammar. It's okay to have one or two spelling and grammar errors, but please keep it to a minimum. You can request proofreaders on the forum.
- Please try to send the stories in a notepad, pdf or rtf file. Not everyone has Microsoft Word! Adobe acrobat reader is a free download though Open office http://www.openoffice.org/download/ is a free alternative to Microsoft office and can open and edit .doc files
- Do not use .rar or .zip formats.

Gallery Rules in Brief:
Main Rules:
- No photo's or 3D. No Gore or Vore.
- No Requests are allowed within any area of the gallery
- Characters must be around typical 'anime age' and body-type for sex or sexuality. No explicit/sexual pictures of characters drawn under this age.
- We loathe censored art, especially patreon/paywall bait, it gives no benefit to this site. We won't stop you but reserve the right to insist you post uncensored works or remove them in the future.
- Text-only adverts or advertising of commissions is by Artist members only. It may not be done in communal gallery.
- Strictly NO REJUVE.
- If you want content that you uploaded removed, report the image (or contact a moderator/admin if there are a lot). An admin will remove the images within 24 hours (probably within 10).
- If you accidentally upload a duplicate, just change the title to "PLEASE DELETE" and a moderator/admin will delete it for you.
Artists:
- Upload your new works to the Communal Gallery. That is the correct place.
- You will get a gallery once you have enough pictures of quality to meet Artist Status.
- If you are an artist and have a lot of work you wish uploaded on you behalf please contact "Akuma" who can sort this out for you (1000's of pictures can be uploaded to your personal user gallery with only a few mouse clicks) NOTE: you will be required to zip and email the pictures or transfer them by ftp (whichever is easier)
- The referencing/tracing of artwork is highly frowned upon - it's suggested that you do not reference or trace and works you upload as your own. If you really must, ensure that less than 10% of the artwork you have uploaded is referenced/traced and the original picture must be linked to!
- Any artwork that is reference/traced and does not link to the original will be removed. If the original picture is uploaded to this site by a resident artist you must have their permission to post the picture here.
- Absolutely no text-only adverts may be posted to the gallery. Adverts must contain new artist content.
- AI generated images (e.x. Stable Diffusion) must go into the "AI Generated" galleries. Also tag your photos with "AIGen".
Non-Artists
- Do not upload into communal!
- If there is not a suitable area in the gallery (eg you have a picture by xxx but they do not have a section there) please request that a new section is added instead of uploading to "unknown artist"
- Do not upload work by other members of the community - please ask them to upload it instead, this way it will go into their own user folder.
- Always check for Duplicates!
- No American Cartoons - No Spongebob Squarepants, no Sepia-toned Superman.
- Currently, furries can only be posted by resident artists. This is under revision.
- Advertising for commissions may ONLY be done by artists in their own galleries.
- Do not post censored work as paywall or Patreon bait. We are not interested in making the internets biggest websites richer.
- Censorship of genitals by Japanese artists or similar is acceptable, paywall content censorship is NOT acceptable.
Oekaki Rules:- All art must be spanking related
- Constructive criticism only - no flaming (see Forum Rules)
- No Requests are allowed within any area of the oekaki
Disciplinary Policy
Should you run afoul of of the site Rules, such as harrassment, sex acts with minors in a role play, or, frankly, if you cannot be civil in your posts and do not respond to warnings, then you WILL be banned for a period of time, the length of which is at administrator discretion and not subject to negotiation. This period of time will be displayed when you try to access the site.
Should you then, against all common sense, attempt to create another account to access the site before your temporary ban is completed, you will be permanently banned.
When you are put in the corner, you stay there, unless you want a spanking. The same philosophy applies.
